First I want to thank the management of Grafton Entertainment and the media – entertainment websites, blogs, music analysts, print, TV & radio stations and my ever faithful fans for all your support and acceptance over the years. I am forever grateful to God for how he has made you all a part of my success so far. I also want to thank my colleagues in the music business – it’s a long list – for the love and support. People say we are in a competitive industry, but you guys have shown me that we are actually brothers and sisters in the same hustle.
Today, I present the official video of my new song, “MONIEGRAM” featuring my brother and friend, Timaya. This video was shot by the ever amazing, Clarence Peters and it is a simple expression of the hustle and struggle for survival in various works of life. Most of you would have seen the likes of Don Jazzy, Gbenro Ajibade, Tayo Faniran, Di’Ja, Cynthia Morgan, Beverly Osu and others displaying a plaque that reads, “I No Come Lagos Come Joke.” This video is the climax of that campaign; so, you need to watch it!
As you enjoy this colourful video, I wish to also remind you to continue to vote for me in the Best Collaboration and Best Reggae Dancehall single of the year categories at the forthcomingHeadies Awards. God bless you as we win these awards together. Thank you” Published by MuchMusic LessTalk
